At the helm is Chef Nick LaLonde, whose journey to fine dining excellence spans 15 years and some of the country’s most esteemed kitchens in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, and Sacramento. Chef Nick’s diverse experience and passion for culinary innovation culminate in Tide & Taste, a concept designed to bring his love of refined, ingredient-driven cuisine to Anacortes.
After moving to the Pacific Northwest, Chef Nick quickly made his mark by co-founding Good Bagels, a beloved community staple in Anacortes. With Tide & Taste, he builds upon that foundation, marrying his dedication to hospitality with a sophisticated menu inspired by the seasonal abundance of local purveyors.
